Great job, great position.   Requires TS clearance so don't bother applying if you have a history of drug use, serious problems handling money - i. e.  terrible credit record, or secretly cheating on your spouse.   These are all issues that can be used as leverage to gain information from you and thus rule you out  for qualifying for a TS/SCI clearance.   BUT, if you have none of these issues, getting a TS/SCI clearance is one of the BEST things you can do for your career.
Also, note this is a full performance GS12 position.   Should you perform well, you will be promoted EVERY year until you reach the GS12 level.

If you apply be sure to use all the "electronic" keywords you can to get your application past the electronic selection process.   Additional keywords and/or experience areas: wire, wire pulling, car radios, car alarms, wiring, CAT5, CAT6, networking, fiber, radio, radio testing, radio repair, hubs, routers, PC hardware, building security, access control, video, video security, antennas, antenna alignment, VHF, UHF, HF, modulation, secure communications, terminating cables.

If I have to go through all those keywords to "get By" the electronic selection, then I would not bother.  Don't you have a real person  that reads?

Any time you deal with a position that receives thousands of applications for a position, then NO - there would not be a person to read them all.  Additionally, the electronic initial selection helps prevent lawsuits by eliminating the personal preferences a reviewer may have and toss out certain applications.  All government agencies and probably many large companies use a process like this.  Some agencies can get a direct hire approved, in which case it would function more like a small company - word of mouth, recommendations and direct review of resumes.

The keyword issue is the SMALLEST bother you will have when trying to get a TS clearance position.  In the end, the job security, rewarding work and good pay for high level clearance positions is well worthwhile.

Do you have any similar paying jobs outside of Arkansas? My family tree has to many branches to qualify to live there.

Good Answer LarryH and I apologize for being a smartass.
