Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties Include:

Perform ISO / IEC 17025:2017 accredited calibrations and verification measurements of M&TE under minimal supervision
The successful candidate can expect to work both onsite at customer, and in lab on a daily basis
Calibrates Electronic, Physical and Dimensional Test Measuring Equipment
** High Voltage Experience Very Desireable **
PMEL/Military background desirable
Identify M&TE out-of-tolerance conditions and perform corrective action
Develop a basic understanding of measurement uncertainty and measurement decision risk principles and application to calibration activities
Collect, compile, measure, summarize, and record data gathered during calibration
Perform general M&TE troubleshooting, determine appropriate solutions, and implement resolutions
Must be able bodied to perform in-place calibrations and lift heavy equipment (50 lb) as required (e.g. May be required to perform repeated lifting and considerable walking or standing)
Work well with customers, other technicians, quality personnel, and management to achieve excellent final product service results which comply with Quality Management System and customer requirements. Develop calibration procedures and methods, As needed
Offer insight to our Quality System and assist in documentation for continuous improvement
Must possess a mathematics aptitude and be open to learning other metrology disciplines
Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Other Desirable Skills:

PMEL/2+ Yr related technical degree
Self-motivator, work as a team player, and follow written procedures
Advanced computer skills, ISO quality systems knowledge
