190M-4 Cal Procedure?

I'm looking for a procedure for a Fluke Biomedical Scope meter P/N: 190M-4.
I know the AF has one, but I haven't been able to get to it.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

I did, but it was more along the lines of a user's manual

the procedure is 33k3-4-3825-1  Dated  Apr 2017. I would send you a copy but only certain State Department personnel are allowed to have servers in their bathrooms.
