This is a great opportunity to build leadership skills as the Calibration Supervisor, working at our customer site.  Working as the lead, you will collaborate with the customer, team and be responsible for work load management.

Responsibilities:

·         Supervise on-site calibration technicians and assign workload
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely turn-around on all requests for equipment and service

Works directly with the Customer's Calibration Site Manager

·         Maintain up-to-date scheduling of workflow

·         Provides status updates to Customer or CSR regarding calibration items that will not make turn around time

·         Communicate timing and scheduling of work with support staff

·         Assist in training and mentoring junior employees

·         Create and verify calibration data sheets for technical content and accuracy based upon instrument specifications and approved calibration procedures

·        Calculate uncertainties

·         Ensure on-time calibration of laboratory standards

·         Maintains technical proficiency and effectiveness through various means. 
·         Performs calibration of test and measurement equipment
