I'm in need of the service manual for the EIP 585B pulse counter. EIP is now Phase Matrix.  Thanks for your time.

Which Phase Matrix is now part of National Instruments in 2011 - http://investor.ni.com/releasedetail.cfm?ReleaseID=580081
