Hurray the PMEL Forum is back up!!!

Sometimes I don't check the forum for weeks but every now and then it's everyday.  It just so happens I've been checking everyday for the past week and I was really desperate about checking it. 

So Hurray for PMEL Forum.

Sorry for the downtime folks...

My host decided to do some hardware swaps and it didn't quite go as planned.  Thankfully most of the functionality is back.  I know that the CDC tester is down and for now that's all I can see.  Please report any other functions that may be broken as I wasn't able to check everything out.
