We're seeking a talented Product Application Specialist for Fluke Calibration products.  The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise with the ability to identify and recommend solutions for customers, and be responsible for achieving sales quotas for a product line


Responsibilities:
Promotes Fluke Calibration solutions and achieves sales quota for product by building rapport with customers and selling to and supporting their needs.  Identifies needs by phone and in person, performs demos during customer visits, and assists customers in understanding how our solutions can support their needs. 
Effectively uses Fluke Calibration resources, customer relationship management system, and collaborates with marketing, engineering and others to secure orders, renew orders, cross-sell with other Fluke Calibration sales associates, or sell warranty or service programs. 

Maintains records and develop reports to track product activity. 

Keeps customers appraised of new products and services

Provides monthly sales projections and larger order forecasts to assigned manager.



Qualifications:
BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Proven, successful ability to sell as evidenced by 3-5 years related experience; technical expertise to sell and demo appropriate equipment. 

Self motivated; good communication and relationship skills. 

Proven ability to initiate communication and execute problem solving and sales strategies. 

Other:

Frequent travel of up to 30%

All external hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.

All job recrutiers should post wages and a benefit summary.   If you want qualified people to apply and take you seriously, don't have them go through the entire application process, then offer them much less than the industry average.   It's happened to me several times.
