Calibration technician needed- Cedar Park, TX
Tescom has an immediate opening for a Calibration Technician at our Cedar Park calibration laboratory. We have been experiencing business growth, and have immediate need for a PMEL/TMDE/Calibration Technician
We are seeking an Physical Dimensional calibration technician. Our well-equipped calibration lab covers many disciplines.
We service a wide variety of southern Texas customers across many industries, which requires a broad cross section of calibration skills. Position requires a combination of in lab work, minimal local travel to perform on-site calibrations customer locations.
Ideal candidate should have completed military calibration (PME/TMDE) training or equivalent. Experience in a quality focused commercial laboratory and customer on-site background are both a plus. Candidate should have experience processing calibration documentation, and using calibration automation software. Desirable added skills include working in ISO17025 Accredited lab and use of MS Excel/MS Word. Candidate should have good analytical skills, good understanding of electronic theory, and the ability perform basic calculations (such as Ohm's Law).
Pay is competitive based on level of experience and negotiable, with good benefits.

I just watched a video where the speaker said upgrading your automated calibration procedures to support a new calibrator was easy!   Well, 20 min per procedure added up to hundreds of hours! And that equates to tens of thousands of dollars!
There is a better way!

Kyle is there any way to buy that by the gallon or do you only sell it by the quart? Also do you have to drain all the old oil or are they ok to mix?

We got a GE chilled mirror system and GE says to use SS tubing to prevent RH leakage.  ALso to have exit tubing of at least 4ft to 6 Ft.   Copper Tubing may be subject to corrosion.
