Some 22 billion gallons of water were released by accident due to a "calibration error".  Whoops.

There's more than a whoops to that. That was gross negligence. Almost willing to say that the people in charge have no idea and on top of that will say that the cal techs were clueless or silenced

more likely an engineer spoke to the MFR and no tech was ever involved cause they are just techs
