Just stopping in to say good morning to all. Found this site very informative and helpful.
Little about myself
Active Duty Navy Senior Chief graduated the Fleet Electronic Cal school back in 1994 and have been involved with it ever since. Love it. Was wondering if anybody in here is in the Virginia area.

Welcome aboard Shipmate. :-D
Thank you both.
I am currently working in Norfolk for the company I work for. I retired out of Norfolk, USS Wasp, USS Eisenhower. Where do you work at?
Out by Oceana. Who do you work for?
Greetings from behind the Zion Curtain!

DUDE, you was on the WASP? When? I was there back in 2000.
2000 I was on the USS Eisenhower. I was on the Wasp from 04 til 06 when I retired. Did you know anyone in the Lab?
Boy does that make me feel old. I was an ET1 (E6 over 10) when I got out in 1985. Went to PMEL school while stationed shore duty at SIMA Pearl Harbor at their cal lab (which I believe is long gone now) - Lab Code PZQ. I served on the USS Truckee AO-147 ("The Best Fleet Oiler In The U.S. Navy") and refueled the Eisenhower, JFK and many other Bird Farms. I was also on the USS Adroit MSO-509 (Ocean Minesweeper - one of the last MSO's to go out of commission out of Kittery ME - one of the few surface ships ever homeported there).
