Advanced Test Equipment Rentals www.atecorp.com is seeking technician with minimum 5 years on the bench exp with strong RF skills.    I have place ads every where.   Any suggestions on how to find them?  I greatly appreciate your help.

ATEC. . . try the AF, Army, Navy, or Marine times.  Go to job fairs at as many military bases as possible! Most bases have PMEL's.  It would be smart to look at the bases in or near CA to begin with.  There are active duty PMEL troops in CA.  USAF PMEL school at Keesler is still training a decent number of new PMEL troops every year.  The quality of technicians they have been sending out to the field lately has been excellent.  My job is to keep them in. . . hopefully for a career, but with never ending secondary duties and being farmed out as much as they are, it's not easy.  Good luck

You are exactly right, the Navy and Marine Corps are full of cal techs.  Miramar alone has two large type 4's and a depot.   if you could employ them part time while they were still in, you could maybe entice the ones you like to hang around after discharge.   I was stationed at MALS-11 and worked at a small lab outside the gate.   i would have stayed for the right offer.
