American Technical Services, Inc. (atspage.com), is a leading technology and engineering company providing government and commercial clients a wide range of metrology & calibration engineering services.   

Our suite of metrology software MOX (https://moxpage.com/) is a cutting-edge, enterprise level metrology and calibration laboratory management software, in use by major utilities, pharma, and other large commercial and government entities.

We are currently seeking a Senior Calibration Technician who will be responsible for various tasks including:

•   Respond to customer service support requests;
•   Communicate with potential customers regarding technical aspects of the MOX software;
•   Perform gap analysis as part of new implementation of the MOX software;
•   Liaise with existing customers and software engineers in resolving customer issues and inquiries;
•   Work with the management and sales teams in addressing customer requests;
•   Respond to customer and potential customer technical questions related to MOX;
•   Demonstrate MOX software to potential customers with confidence and understanding of how it can enhance the calibration lab operations;
•   Engage and interact with customer's technical and business personnel at all levels including executive level decision makers.

Position Requirements:
•   Minimum 3 years' experience in calibration of measurement and test equipment (MTE);
•   Experience across one or more of the following measurement disciplines: RF, electrical; temperature/humidity, pressure/torque, gas & liquid flow, and physical dimensional;
•   Experience utilizing metrology and calibration software;
•   Experience developing manual as well as automated calibration procedures from instrument specifications;
•   Expert familiarity with calibration laboratory workflow;
•   ASQ-CCT Certification or Military PMEL training highly desired;
•   Ability to work in a fast-paced, and highly innovative environment;
•   Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
•   Excellent communication skills;
•   Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction;
•   Ability study and become familiar with technical topics.
