Title: Volumetrics brand Mass Flowmeter Specs
Post by: ZZ on 08-01-2019 -- 21:10:35
I know this is a long-shot since Volumetrics has disapeared of the face of the earth but here goes anyway. Does anyone here have any specs for a PN 14351-4 Volumetrics multi-channel flowmeter?

This unit has 4 flow ranges (0-20 sccm, 0-200 sccm, 0-2000 sccm, and 0-20 slpm). I remember using volumetrics flow standards back in the 90s during my active duty years but now it seems that there's no information about any of their products online.

I had a look inside and it's basically a set of 4 mass flowmeters similar to Omega or Sierra Instruments flowmeters.

I tried to find cal procedure but didn't any have luck either.  I'm attaching a general flow meter calibration procedure.  Maybe  the methodology can help you remember this or maybe it's time to upgrade!!
