Are they still running the K6 school at Keesler? Is there a basic course and an advanced course available?
Yes, the K6 school is up and running. There is only one flavor though. I would consider it advanced, but I know zero about K6 to start with. :-D
Thanks for the info. If phys-d is up and running i guess that all the rest are also running. Tacan, Microwave, Digital, Radiac. You wouldn't by chance know the answer.
All of the basic and supplemental courses are going full steam (and have been for a while now).
Although, we've only got the 4 supplemental courses now. They are Phys-D, Adv Cal, TACAN, and 7-level.
do they have times set for these course's? For the k-6 school, what do they cover?
Here's what's in the Phys-D course:
Block I – Linear and Angular Measurement
Block II – Optics
Block III – Environment and Torque
Block IV – Mass and Flow
Block V – Pressure
Block VI – Vibration and Test Cell
The classes are scheduled out for each fiscal year. If you want to know what's coming up, send me a PM.

You mean the Navy Oxygen Clean school?
If so then NO, it is no longer out there.
Oxygen Clean school was fun. IM1 Jim Reeder was my instructor at Lowry back in '81.
i did oxygen clean at Lowry in '76. had an Air Force E-4 for an instructor...don't remember his name.
i was the first OM to go through that class.
