Let me rephrase my listing. This is for a large project we are in and would like to contract someone for the month of July. We will be working in Guam. The job pays in USD. This is perfect for someone unemployed or just out of military. Please feel free to email me any questions
No offense, but there are too many jobs out there. Good luck on finding someone. I think it will be a challenge find a good tech. Maybe you can find a retired tech to do the job. :|
Coup you could take vacation for a month and go.
This would have to be one hell of an offer to get any one to go for it.....what's the pay range, the work hours, per diem, work site location ( remote, on ship, multiple sites) and work scope (equipment types)
Rents are a little high on Guam. But in fairness, that lab at Andersen does pay a good salary for the area. Funny situation, rents are on the high side but to buy a house on Guam isn't bad at all (something to do with the former boom time and investors trying to keep afloat with high rents). You either like the island or you hate it. Personally, I like it. Great diving in the region. Cheap flights to the Philippines - and even more diving and stunning scenery. If you take on the Chamorro/Filipino diet (which isn't bad at all) on Guam you can live there reasonably well. People are pleasant. Nice place. I wouldn't mind a month there...
Personally, I dislike it. The pay would have to be high to get me over there.
This isn't the AF lab at Andersen, is it? It's a Yulista lab, and I don't see it on the Yulista site...I'm just wonderin... :?
It maybe the Navy base.
He said it was for a large project. I don't think it's normal lab work.
opposed to abnormal work? :?
It might not be in a traditional lab.
