If you or anyone associated with the PMEL.org site have direct contact with the system manager, please inform them that the current reCAPTCHA security program is not working. I have tried Firefox. Chrome, internet Explorer and MSEdge. It fails in all of them. Have even tried different computers. They may be running V1, support stopped 3/2018, need to upgrade to V2. Thank You.
The owner of PMEL.org has responded to me with the following:
"I've rebuilt the main web page's (where I also have associated mobile pages accompanying the main pages) contact forms for now...eliminating the reCAPTCHA module. At this time, the main page contact versions are now fully functional."
Give it another try and see if it works for you.
