It does for now. OPM is trying to get clarification on hiring from the White House
I really hope it doesn't affect Army positions. There will be too much strain on those that do work at places like Letterkenny. I'm just hoping that the military exception applies.
There are folks stuck in limbo for the time being. I hope it's a quick decision to unfreeze the DoD.
