Title: Does anyone know what this statute actually is?

I see this statement sometimes on certificates does anyone know what statute this is??
The recording of false, fictitious or fradulaunt statements or entries on this document may be punishable as a felony under Federal Statute.

No expert by any means but maybe CH47 Section 1018 of the Federal Fraud Code.  Im guessing there are more at a state level.

I am also no expert, but it looks like it would reference 18 U.S.C. ยง 1001.

"Making false statements is the common name for the United States federal crime laid out in Section 1001 of Title 18 of the United States Code, which generally prohibits knowingly and willfully making false or fraudulent statements, or concealing information, in "any matter within the jurisdiction" of the federal government of the United States."
