Happy 4th to everyone.
I'm sitting in the shade of my barn smoking a 10lb brisket and a 4lb pork loin, drinking a cold beer and waiting for my son and grandkids to come over.
Only thing that could make it better would be if my son and his family that live in Ohio were here too.

..... I could come over and be your pretend son and eat some of that 10 pound brisket for real!!!
