Founded in 1998 by Bob Hardy, RH Systems designs and sells custom temperature and humidity solutions, including chilled mirror hygrometers. Clients are located worldwide.
A unique senior leadership opportunity to join a growing, family-oriented company comprised of team-based, dynamic individuals who continuously look for new ways to link the science and application of humidity measurement/generation/calibration and enhance the experience of the humidity metrology customer. The Sr. Metrologist/Quality Leader reports to Bob Hardy, the owner, and is charged with the overall leadership and strategic guidance of the calibration function of RH Systems.
Our ideal Sr. Metrologist/Quality Leader has an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record of securing and maintaining ISO 17025 accreditation for metrology laboratories. An innovative leader, thinker and gifted communicator with demonstrated know-how in creating a world-class metrology lab, team and accompanying processes, is strongly desired. The Sr. Metrologist is also a transparent and charismatic leader and diplomat, skilled in the ability to guide by example to deliver measurable, cost-effective results that elevate and further enhance the mission and driving purpose of RH Systems.
Our Sr. Metrologist will possess a minimum of seven to ten years progressive calibration lab experience/leadership experience. BS in Physical Sciences or Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent years of experience is required. He or she will have a remarkable and progressive work history in a related environment, including significant and multi-discipline responsibilities.
Preference will be given to candidates with proven ISO 17025 (NVLAP or A2LA preferred) accreditation experience and know how.
