Title: Repair 3458A Error 209: Hardware Failure: Timeout – Unable to Read and Error 1

Hi
I have three  A3  board  A/D Converter and Inguard Logic Assembly (03458-66503 board) in Agilent 3458A. If they are used, they have errors: "Error 209: Hardware Failure: Timeout – Unable to Read"  and "Error 114: Multislope Rundown Conversion". I want to repair them. Who have solution for the described problem or repair them? Please contact with me by email [email protected]. Thank you very much.

It would be easiest to take Keysight up on their trade in program.  Swap the faulty board for a brand new one and get a discount for sending the old one back.  Otherwise, RTFM!!  :-P

Maybe look on ebay for a good used board?

I think those are only repaired by tradein with Keysight.  There was some software problems on some of the older inguard assemblies.
