Title: IFR RD-301 Weather Radar Test Set
Post by: silv3rstr3 on 10-01-2014 -- 07:48:50
Does anyone have a copy of the manual for this test set?  The K-procedure has you connecting to a test point on a board and nothing internally is labeled.  Hoping for a glance at a components diagram or schematic.

I have the RD-301A operation manual but the performance verification is nothing like the RD-301 I'm attempting to calibrate.  The 301A operation manual doesn't have any diagrams breaking down what board is what and where individual components are.

If the RD301 is not the N64 one then it should be labeled. If not should be on an AFTO 57. If you are trying to measure the frequency it is an easy spot to find. If you are trying to measure I think the delay it is impossible. There is a spot in the 33K which is impossible to measure and I had no idea for which to 22 it and both of the units I've seen are limited for that function. Remind me of the K pro I might have a copy of "my" 57. I say my because I have made a copy for everybody and one with notes as I understand them.
