Cant stand clowns, ever since I watched Steven King's "It" Clowns are off my list.

A lot of people I know use that miniseries as their primary reason for disliking clowns.

First you have to ask "why do people become clowns?". I mean these people have to have some kind of screwed up childhood. I personally think clowns are stupid. As for carny folks. I don't trust them. Just look at them. When ever I take my kids to the state fair I never let them ride any rides that move fast or goes up in the air. I don't trust these drugged up carny workers. Do they really look like they give a crap about the safety? Most of them are wanted for child molestation in other states. They are the dregs of society. As for clowns it's just another way for molesters to get close to children.  They are both sickos.... :x

oh I dont know......I knew a young lady soldier in Germany.  For entertainment on weekends, she would dress up like a clown, including the makeup..........kinda miss her....
