Need a ops manual. Anyone get one they can email me.

Used to calibrate stopwatches.

Does this device require an external GPS? Company I'm employed with is considering one.

It has a quartz timebase built in.

I used one at my last job, they are very helpful and very reliable. Considering they are used to calibrate stopwatches and can be done within seconds, I say it's a good buy. NIST has a good paper on them.
