We have an urgent issue where we need to run a query/report for a range of instruments calibrated (we know how to do that part of the query), list Asset numbers (key field type ID #'s) for all the standards used in those calibrations. This is field # C2340. None of us are MetTrack report experts. We areusing 8.0 Build #51.
I tried in Quick Reports, and checked the box to include all fields. But C2340, for what ever reason, is a hidden field in its own world. Can anyone tell me how to get MetTrack to give me report results that include that field? If not in Quick Reports, syntax for an SQL query? I know how to use Quick Reports, and we have another person trying to do the SQL query.
Is there something in the configuration that can be changed? Or is this field deliberately hidden? Need in a hurry. If someone who is an expert would be willing to talk on the phone for a few minutes, I can get them with our person working on this. We unfortunately, as mentioned, do not have MetTrack experts on staff presently.
