Due to the decision by Southern California Edison (SCE) to close San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS), Edison ESI will be closing down by the end of 2013.  SCE however has not made  determination on how MudCats intellectual property will be dispositioned.
MudCats support is up and running until further notice and the MudCats support/development team is working diligently on improving features in the software.
By the way, if MudCats were not to continue, the big losers will be the Metrology Community.  It is still the most powerful and comprehensive Metrology Software Solution on the market!

We were told from edison personel that we could not buy the software package and support will also stop.
We had a PR (Purchase Request) ready and waiting.
If Edison is still selling there software we would love to buy it.
