Title: I need help identifying this item. Also does anyone want to buy it?

Can anyone tell me what the proper name for this is? I have one that I am going to sell and I have no idea what its worth. I have one very similar to this item. Not quite the same I do not think it has the writing on it.

Whether it is the "proper" name or not I don't know.
I call it a right angle iron.
Here is one on ebay right now for $85
