Title: DMM Reliability
Post by: WestCoastCal on 12-07-2012 -- 16:01:10
I received a couple of requests for reliability info, so instead of emailing them out, I figured others may be interested.  Here is some info:
Keithley 2000, 2001, HP 34401A and Fluke 8845A
The IA reports are based on Make/Model
NCSL RP-10 Method A3 is the method used
I didn't attach it, but the 2001 365 day spec instrument (149 tests) had an observed reliablity of 90.3%
Instrument reputations may not always be founded on statistical information.

I'm an airhead, before you get critical--here is what I meant to attach.  Is it 3:30 yet?
