A couple of years ago, I lost my job, and It took me for ever to find a good job, now that we need to find a Technician, we can't find one. so I was wondering what's harder. to find good techs or jobs?

Where are you located? Been looking for 6 mo. Problem is with us old guys we don't want to move.

Central New Jersey, New York city is 45 minutes north and philadelphia is 50 Minutes south of here

find good techs is always dificult, especially in todays market.

Finding a good (experienced) tech that is willing to accept the low wages that most employers want to pay is the real issue here, isn't it?
