- PMEL Program Manager
- PMEL  Manager

These are actually positions that aren't actually available at this point, correct?  My understanding is the RFP is out and no decision on the new contract has been made, bids are supposed to be in by May 1, I may be wrong?  Anyway, my point is if these positions are actually only available if you win the bid, that would be nice to know in the post.

Are the following required: literacy, know how to use a computer, driver's license, reliable form of transportation, ability to follow directions, ability to learn? Are occasionally functioning alcoholics welcome? Sorry I didn't hit all of the questions but I just want to see how welcoming you are for those that are or were capable.

any idea how much longer after bids are in will a decision be made?

Sounds like you guys want to swap out a lot of people.
