The payscale can be seen at iam751.org
The jobs are Grade 7 and usually start in the middle of the scale, depending on experiance.

Have these jobs not posted yet or have they been filled? I don't seen any cal jobs on jobs.boeing.com.

They haven't been posted yet, but they should be posted soon. I was giving people a heads up so they could get a resume posted. The jobs will most likely not be posted until April, they are just finishing interviews now for the last posting.

Position Description
Plan, check, set up, and operate basic Measurement and Test Equipment (M&TE) and/or process  equipment. Use calibration standards to calibrate, adjust, certify, maintain, and repair M&TE/process  equipment using approved calibration procedures, process specifications, equipment drawings, and  M&TE /process equipment manufacturer''s performance specifications. Conduct routine  tests, analyze data and document results. Troubleshoot and recommend resolution of basic laboratory  and test-related problems. Associated Duties and Responsibilities: Route M&TE/process equipment  between receiving area, customer, and calibration lab. Update equipment status using established systems  and complete associated paperwork. Ensure equipment is ready for calibration per metrology processes.  Prioritize and perform work according to automated daily report list, hot list, or as assigned by higher  grade technician. Perform visual check of M&TE/process equipment for discrepancies and wear.  Identify, document, and route non-conforming items in accordance with metrology lab processes. Provide  information and clarification to customers on metrology processes. Work with higher graded employees  engaged in the calibration and certification of M&TE, and assist in the development of new calibration  processes and procedures. Perform computations necessary to analyze measurement test results. DEFINITION  OF TERMS *Basic M&TE and process equipment e.g. Digital meters, probes, scopes, precision hand tools,  process tools, surface plates, levels, optics (basic 2 dimensional), and items used to measure and record:  force, mass, pressure, vacuum, temperature and hardness.   
   
Competencies
Basic knowledge of the science of measurement. Work alone/independently. Coordinate daily tasks with others to align priorities for smooth operation of joint workloads. Determine if own work is complete and correct as specified by instructions, drawings and specifications. Effectively communicate verbal information such as tie-ins and job related information. Follow oral/written instructions provided by the lead, team leader, supervisor and/or engineering. Investigate and resolve problems; devise and implement solutions. Knowledge of basic electronics. Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring specifications and requirements to fabricate and/or install components. Knowledge of safe working practices, emergency procedures and possible dangerous situations. Mechanical ability, manual dexterity, and hand/eye coordination required to perform various projects, per drawings, sketches, and verbal or written instructions. Must have good computing skills Operate computing equipment to input job information (e.g., write tie-ins, reports, rejections, and/or maintain records, logs). Operate computing equipment to work with and review computer aided graphics. Operate various types of test equipment. Troubleshoot electronic test equipment to identify and resolve problems. Understand ladder diagrams, schematics, relay logic and motor control wiring. Use mathematics including practical math, algebra, geometry and trigonometry. Determine if discrepancies exist by obtaining information from multiple sources (e.g., drawings, BAC specifications, shop communication). 
   
Basic Qualifications For Consideration 

Do you have a minimum of one year calibration laboratory experience? 
   
Do you have a minimum of one year experience using general purpose test and measuring equipment? 
   
Do you have experience with Quality Management System requirements? 
   
Typical Education/Experience
AA degree in Metrology, Electronics or formal Metrology training from US Military preferred; 3 to 5 years  of calibration lab experience preferred.   
   
Other Job related information
