Did you contact the manufacturer? I did a quick check and was not able to find anything.

Has anyone found any procedure for this? Would really like to be able to calibrate these in-house, currently have 50 of these units. Looks like some votage measurements and maybe light checks.

Did anyone find a procedure? I have looked and called the manufacturer multiple time with no resolution. I have a customer that needs it certified asap

There appears to be no written procedure for this.

I looked at this document https://customervault.amsafe.com/BinaryData/E508750G.pdf?binID=9084

There are general specs but no toleranced parameters given for this instrument. It appears to simply monitoring switch positions.

You can either send it back to the OEM or dig into the specifications of the equipment it is used to verify and write your own procedure based on them.
