Title: AWI in PAMS
Post by: Velasco on 05-23-2011 -- 13:39:07
AWI does this have any use? According to PAMS handbook AWI – Awaiting Input, allows unit to be scheduled into the lab and a hand receipt
is printed for the customer, a JCN is assigned, and it is counted toward the day's
input. Used if scheduling has reached its maximum input for the day.
If it still counts toward input what is it's use? I was trying to use it as a tool to level the input, but the AWI's show as unscheduled cal's and still count against input for the day.

Exclusive of PAMS, I have had a lot of guys try to use AWI; however, I have to keep reminding them that Awaiting Interest is not a valid status.
