I hate to say it but based on your qualification requirements you should be posting on Monster or careerbuilder. com. You'd be hard pressed to find many of us PMEL techs with a BSEE or process imaging experience. The educational and experience requirements will exclude just about everyone here. Saying that, I'm 100% sure that most, if not all the people on this forum would meet and/or exceed all of your expectations.
I'm sure the recruiter posted this on Monster as well!
I am ex PMEL and have my engineering degree. I only look at metrology engineering jobs. There is no reason for employers to pass up an opportunity to post a job on this site.
The subject field stated "Application Engineer", if you don't qualify for a job keep looking but don't discourage employers just because you aren't qualified!
Good Luck to everyone who applies.

Maybe the shotgun approach will eventually work, but there are not many of us in THIS site who would qualify. This forum is far more specific to PMEL/TMDE and to a lesser extent commecial cal. Certainly not "application engineers". I only stated the obvious, but as you said good luck to "everyone" who applies.
