I actually recognize the horse in Winterfire 2008's avatar. I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) that the horse in your avatar up till recently was stabled very near where I live.

Yes, full pay!!!! I and when I say reduced hours ..... its only 4 1/2. Got to love it!!!!!
