I recieved an odd message from Cliffinzz stating I have a virus. Is this real?

I also received a message from Cliffinzz indicating that I have a virus, which isn't very likely given all of the security software on my computer. I suspect a hoax . . .

I got his BS message too. Our corporate IT department will be very concerned that my PC is infected with multiple virusus. NOT!

They have these things so secure here we didn't even need to get flu shots this year.

It's definitely PM spam. I'm looking into how to fix the situation (other than the obvious ban of the offending user that is).
