Title: MetTrack Cal Interval Problems
Post by: Hawaii596 on 11-05-2009 -- 11:35:14
If we had the funds, we would probably switch applications.  But....  Using MetTrack, there is a problem where with (for a very typical example) in a 12 month interval, the due date shifts by one or more days depending on who knows what.

Many users want due date to be the same as cal date plus one year (for the 12 month interval cals).  That is pretty reasonable, and with other software I've used, it always comes out that way.

Any MetTrack gurus here that know how to fix this issue in MetTrack?  Or is that just how it is with MetTrack, and can't be changed?  And we'll have to continue manually overriding due dates as needed.

I could be mistaken but isn't there also an option for interval based on days.  365 days?

Figured it out....  It was a strange one.

We have a particularly large customer who has limits on what days of the week the due dates must be (unbeknownst to me until this afternoon).  So there are some of the non-working days boxes checked on the system config, which in turn shuffles due dates ahead or back to stay within those limits.
