Title: Need good 4 inch ounce torque wrench any recomendations?

My customer requires a torque screwdriver set to 4 inch ounces anyone out there have any recomendations?

Another vendor you might also look at is Tohnichi.  They make some low torque products.  They have some Torque Gages that might also be very good if good accuracy is needed.
