I took the Intro to Meas.   Uncert.   from A2LA last year and I recommend it.    Dr.   and Mrs Turner present the topic in a very informative and understandable fashion.    Disclaimer: My only connection to A2LA is as a student in this and other training courses.   http://www.a2la.org/training/IntroUncert.cfm

Don't forget the NIST Hands-on Workshop on Estimating and Reporting Measurement Uncertainty which is offered before every NCSLI and MSC conference.  And Colleen, if you call Will up and ask him, he'd probably make a special trip out since I'm sure you could fill the minimum requirement of people for an on-site class.
