Title: Tek/ TDS7404 Cal software
Post by: dminesinger on 09-12-2008 -- 11:12:27
Anyone out there got a copy of the Tek/TDS 7404 calibration software.  Hate to have to send it to Tek to be adjusted.

DM..

I do not think that Tek ever released any adjustment software for the TDS7000 series scopes.  (Mostly becasue they do not need to be adjusted very often.)

A couple of years back we managed to get some information for Tek on the TDS5000 series scopes.  From that information we where able to write an adjustment procedure for the scope..

I just hate to have to send it to TEK if I don't have to. And the cost $900 for a Z540 cal.

What's OOT?  We have quite a few here and anything questionable is usually cleared up by running a Signal path compensation under the Utilities - Calibration.

DC offset is OOT. Did the SPC. didn't work. Only one channel has the problem.

Customer willing to take a redline this time.
