I heard that job was still open...
Title Base Pay  $3800 - $11300 is that every 2 weeks?? That is a pretty wide range?? Or maybe it is per year and they forgot to ad a zero at the end of both numbers??

That whole job posting looks terrible and makes no sense.

General Job Requirements
"A combination of education, training, and experience to obtain knowledge and abilities generally equivalent to those typically possessed by a high school graduate."

And then it says this

Preferred Skills
"Work experience in a technical/mechanical environment within electric utility, water utility or industrial industries. Certification: California Department of Health Services Distribution Grade 1 or 2 Water Certification. Degree: Bachelor degree in a specialized field such as Business, Marketing, Statistics, or Mechanical"

So a 4 year degree to do what a High School Graduate can do.  I love the range of Degrees.  Just say Basket Weaving Degree Required.
