Hi guys!
Have question: How i can measure linearity and stability (procedure example) for my 5720a; and 3458a? Thank!

Pull the 3458A Calibration Manual and the 5720A Service Manual and it walks you through the full Performance and Alignment procedures step by step.  Can be found on Fluke's and Keysight's websites.  They test the linearity of every range in every function.  You would have to run the verification multiple times to check the stability/repeatability.   

I wrote Met/Cal procedures for both of those instruments which mirrors those manuals precisely.  Also, it performs the necessary characterizations of all the equipment and functions to be tested.  You need those characterized values in all the Tolerance/TUR calculations.
