Why are jobs always posted WITHOUT critical information like the monetary compensation to be expected for performing the duties described?

...or a dollar an hour more, but you have to pay for your own relocation from 3,000 miles away...
If it works, it's a Fluke.

I've said it before, but most of the time those employers get exactly what they paid for!  Occasionally you get a guy that really wants that location and will put up with the...let's call it "stuff" to get there.  Big bonus for those labs.  In all other instances (like when you work in the frozen north, you gotta pay what it takes to get a quality individual.

If you don't pay for it up front, you'll pay for it on the back end and the back end is almost always more expensive.

Why is this all too obvious to us and not to employers?

I'm not making a statement about jrobinson, just venting in general!  I'm sure Quintiles Laboratories is willing to pay whatever it takes to get a great tech, right jrobinson?

I'll go for $60K a year. You get what you pay for.
